WHY SHOP WITH luxurydejavu?

 

luxurydejavu is a small online boutique. I sell "Trouvaillen", that are hard-to-find elsewhere. I find them somewhere in the world and of those, where I have the feeling you would also like them and you would also buy them, if you were there - I collect always one more - one for you. It is an electic mix of contemporary fashion, accessoires and vintage pieces (coming soon). I am also running special cooperations with wonderful shops around the world.

 

 

WHY  ARE THERE ONLY SMALL SERIES IN THE ATELIER? 

 

We only keep unique pieces and small series in stock. For this reason we can not offer any reorder when a product has been sold out. I am a ONE-WOMAN-BUSINESS and I love limited stock.

 

 

ARE THE CLOTHES UP TO DATE?

HOW CAN I PAY? 

 

Here at luxurydejavu you can pay either via PayPal  or advance payment (money transfer in our account).

 

PAYPAL:  You need to have a verified account with PayPal and you will automatically directed to PayPal by the end of your order.

 

ADVANCE PAYMENT / prepayments: Advance payments are made BEFORE receiving your order. Payment must be in our account WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. If we do not get the money in that time into our account we are able to CANCEL your order as we have only limited stock.

 

The name of the purchaser and the product item must be written in the bank transfer causality section. As soon as we have received the money in our account we will send out your luxurydejavu order. 

 

Once you have placed your order it is not possible to cancel this.

 

 

DELIVERY TO THE UK / GREAT BRITAIN & CUSTOMS & DUTY

 

Due to the Brexit, we may experience unforeseen carrier delays when processing orders to the UK. You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched and we will ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.

 

Due to the Brexit, orders to the UK will now be subject to additional customs & duty. luxurydejavu is only a small business and so we can not unfortunately pay all import taxes and duties for our customers.

DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES  OUTSIDE THE EU & CUSTOMS & DUTY 

 

Most countries also have import regulations/restrictions. Additional import customs or import documents may incur/be required. Please inform yourself upfront to avoid any delays, returns or unexpected costs. You will be responsible for paying prior to or at the time of delivery. Following dispatch of your order DHL or UPS will contact you by email, advising you of any charges to be paid.

 

luxurydejavu.com is not responsible for any customs or duty charges outside Germany, or for any delays caused during the clearance process.

 

 

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

 

Are you not happy with your order and need to send something back?

Let us know by emailing return@luxurydejavu.com as soon as you can and we'll arrange your return.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any purchase. Please note, our clients are responsible for all shipping and handling fees and the items must be returned in their original condition with the tag attached within 14 days of receipt.

 

Please note that all VINTAGE items are final to sale - there is no return and refund possible.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:

 

- The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact and the original packaging included

- The items must be returned with the same shipping partner as they have been delivered (DHL or UPS)

- The items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered

 

 

RECEIVING A REFUND?

 

Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned. 

Custom & duty costs that might come up will not be refunded for items returned. 

Custom & duty costs that might come up to luxurydejavu will not be paid by luxurydejavu. Those will be debited to the customer.

WHAT IS ATELIER LUXURYDEJAVU?

 

In 2016 luxurydejavu launched luxurydejavu Editions, a collection of pillows and new clothing - especially pants, skirts and tops - made from hand-picked Ikat silk textiles and African wax cotton prints or beautiful soft fabrics from Italy. They are all designed and Made in Germany by our Atelier luxurydejavu. Clothing are mostly FREESIZE, so they fit every woman in the world! 

 

Given the uniqueness of all pieces, please treat and love them with delicate care.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING,  COST & DELIVERY?

 

Shipping term: 2-5 days depending on national or international destination. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Our preferred shipping partner is DHL for international shipments and UPS.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hours or even the same day.

UK delivery - Duties & Taxes:

For delivery to the United Kingdom, the UK sales tax (VAT) as well as the custom duties are not included its the price of the item.
